Terms of Service
Who can order
Bright Photobook supplies photographers, studios and album dealers. We do not take orders from consumers directly.
Placing an order
Orders are placed by email with print-ready files and your album, size, paper and cover choices. An order is confirmed once we have checked your files and agreed the details with you.
Your files and images
You confirm that you have the right to reproduce every image and design you send us. We check resolution, bleed and page order, but you remain responsible for the content, spelling and layout of your designs.
Production and delivery
Typical lead time is 5–7 working days from file approval. Lead times are estimates and may vary at busy times. Albums are dispatched by tracked courier to the address you give us.
Prices and payment
Prices and payment terms are confirmed with each order.
Quality and reprints
Every album is inspected before dispatch. Please check your order on arrival and contact us promptly if anything is not right so we can resolve it.
