Bright Photobook is a B2B photo album manufacturer working with photographers, studios and album dealers. Questions about this policy can be sent to orders@brightphotobook.com.
Information we receive
When you place an order we receive your contact details, order details and the print files you send us, usually by email and file-transfer link.
How we use it
We use this information only to check, produce and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to fulfil reorders. We do not sell or share your details or your clients' images for marketing.
Print files
Print files are stored for 12 months so reorders can be fulfilled without re-uploading, then deleted. Ask us at any time if you would like your files removed sooner.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers and has no forms that collect personal data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it by emailing orders@brightphotobook.com.
