Production

Files in. Albums out.

Every order follows the same eight-stage process. Nothing ships until it passes the final quality check.

01

Print

Files are RIP-processed against the paper profile and sent to the press. Every print run is colour-checked against the calibration target before the job is released.

02

Finish

Every spread receives precision lamination — matte, lustre or gloss depending on the paper. This protects the surface and defines the tactile quality of the finished page.

03

Bind

Pages are sewn or cold-mounted depending on the album type. Layflat binding is done by hand: each spread is pressed flat before the next is added.

04

Cover

Covers are wrapped over board and folded by hand at every corner. Leatherette, linen and fabric are all cut and applied to tolerance.

05

QC

Every album is checked against the original file: page count, image trim, cover alignment and spine width. Any deviation is flagged and corrected before dispatch.

06

Pack

Albums are wrapped and boxed individually. If a presentation box has been ordered, the album and box are inspected together before sealing.

07

Dispatch

Tracked courier from our facility to your studio or your client. Tracking details are sent automatically when the shipping label is printed.

08

File Storage

Print files are stored for 12 months. Reorders are fulfilled without re-uploading. Contact us if you need a reprint from a previous order.
